Morning!
I have been talking about, (and will
continue to talk about), how important it is for us to "simplify"
our lives. We need to remember that there are many different
"areas" of our lives that make up the entirety of our
"life". We will look into each of these "areas"
as we go along. This "principle" of God's Word is just like all of
the rest of His principles.......it is a process, and it is ongoing!
There is nothing in God's Word that says that He will do His "work"
in us overnight! However, it does say, that He is in
us "working", giving us the desire and the ability to do what
pleases Him. (Philippians 2:13)
Well, it "pleases" God when
we are willing to make changes in our lives that will cause us to be free
to think about others instead of "focusing" on ourselves all
the time.... and that is what the message of "simplifying" is all
about! It is not just to benefit ourselves (although it does that), but
it will also "benefit" the people that we are in contact with!
You will see this as we go along~~~~~~I had planned to talk about the
"benefits" of a simplified life versus the "results" of a
cluttered and complicated life, and I will do that.....but, God is having me
do this the way that He has always done things; and that is to
"lay" a foundation first and then "build" on it!

life"!
