Good Morning!

Yesterday, I referred to a scripture taken from one of Paul's letters (Philippians 3:13-14).  I encourage you to read that entire letter in your personal study time.

Today, I want to talk about verse 10 . . . . I am going to share the Amplified Bible version . . . . . . "For my determined purpose is that I may know Him---that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His Person more strongly and more clearly. And that I may in that same way come to know the power of His resurrection" . . . . . This is the key to victorious living!!!

When we desire to become intimately acquainted with Jesus (and we can only do that by spending time with Him), then The Holy Spirit can reveal to us "the power of His resurrection".

The same "power", that raised Jesus from the dead, is on the inside of you (if you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and your Savior) and that "power" can lift you up, and out of, and over any situation that you may be in right now!!

This message is not just for "new" Christians, it is a "Word from The Lord" for all of us to think about, especially Today!  Even if some of you are not "under fire" right now, don't let that be an excuse to become "passive". Pray for your brothers and sisters who are being attacked!!  Use that "power" that is on the inside of you to help lift someone else up!
