Good Morning!
I want to continue with the message I started in
my last Encouragement. We must always be aware and
alert to the devices of the enemy (which is the devil),
in order for us to walk in the Covenant blessing of
God! The Lord has prepared a "path" for each one of us
to walk in, and it is a "good path"! Everything we will
ever need will be found in that path if we will just
allow the Lord to lead us and keep us in it! However,
as I already mentioned . . . the devil has dug some
"ditches" on either side of that path. Please hear this
~~~~ we do not have to worry about falling into either
one of those ditches, IF we are "aware" of the fact that
they are there! This message is not to "magnify" the
devil and his devices. It is to help us stay "alert"!
Think about it this way ~~~ if, in the natural, you are
traveling down a road with deep ditches on either side
and you KNOW that they are there . . . then you are not
going to stay "focused" on the ditches! Right? You are
going to keep your eyes "focused" on the road ahead of
you! That is the only way that you can avoid the
"ditches"! You don't have to be "afraid" of the ditches
. . . you just need to be "aware" of them!
I know that this may not be making any sense to
some of you right now, but if you will stay with me as
the Lord continues to "build" upon the foundation that
He is laying for us, we are going to find out how to
"hear the alarm" go off in our spirit whenever we head
toward a "ditch"!
Precious ones . . . the Lord has a glorious
"path" for each one of you, personally! So, remember
that every "ditch" that He is going to tell us about,
may not apply to YOU and your walk with Him, but I am
sure that some of them "will" apply to you! I know,
because I have been "walking" with The Lord for many
years, and I have found myself in some of these
"ditches"! However, I have learned how to "avoid" the
ones that the devil dug for me along "MY path", and that
is why the Lord wants me to share this message with all
of you! The "ditches" are still there from time to
time, but now, I have my "spiritual ears" tuned in to
HEAR the "alarm clock" go off. I cannot afford to keep
on pushing the "snooze" button! I want to reach my
"destination"! I am sure that YOU do too! So, stay
