Psalms
23:1 continues~~~~~
Today,
I am going to move on to the third covenant promise that is available to us
when we acknowledge The Lord as our personal SHEPHERD . . .
DIRECTION!
A
while back, the Lord began to use a different "format" in my
Encouragements, and it is His way of getting us to "talk covenant
talk". So, I am going to continue to do it that way. You
see, when we open our mouth and say what God says in His Word, then we are
"returning" His Word back to Him and He said that "it would not
return unto Him void", and He would "watch over His Word to
perform it" (bring it to pass)! Read Isaiah 55:11.
With
that in mind, I am going to tell you what God's Word says
about DIRECTION for our daily lives . . . and then I am going to share
with you about how I "return" His Word back to Him!
God's
Word says . . . that our "footsteps " are ordered by
The Lord (Psalms 37:23).
God's
Word says . . . that if we will put our trust in Him, and if we won't
try to reason everything out in our own minds, but will just acknowledge Him
in all of our affairs, then He will "direct" our paths
(Proverbs 3:5).
So,
Luanne says . . . Thank you, Father for ordering my footsteps today!
Thank you for directing my paths today! I totally trust you with all of
my heart and I will acknowledge you in everything that I do today! I
will not try to figure out all the why(s), when(s) or how(s), because I know
that you will watch over this WORD to perform it for me!
You
know what? You don't have to say exactly what I say, just
make sure that you say what God's Word says! When a
covenant promise of God becomes "real" to you, you will be able to
return it back to Him in your own way!
I
will be sharing more about DIRECTION, so stay tuned in! I pray that what
I am sharing, and the way that I am sharing it, is helping us all to be more
"covenant-minded" and to open our mouths and talk
"covenant-talk"!
