23:1 continues~~~~~~
I
am going to list some of the scriptures that contain the covenant
promises of God that I speak out of my mouth every day concerning
PROTECTION. You might want to refer back to the "encouragements"
that I have sent out this week, because I am going to try and list the
scriptures in the order that I talked about them. Keep in mind,
that I use the Amplified Bible a lot!
Psalms 91:11
2Timothy 4:18 Psalms 103:4
Luke 10:19 2Corinthians 1:10
Exodus 23:20 Deuteronomy 28:6
Psalms 34:7 Psalms 91:12
I may have left out some
more, but you know what? You have the same Holy Spirit that I have and
if you will allow Him, He will show you even more than what I have listed.
I just thought of something . . . can we talk? Jesus sent The Holy
Spirit to us to teach us, and to help us understand the Word of God! He
is the one that "reveals" to us the TRUTH of God's Word. He is
the Spirit of Truth! So, let me encourage you to do this ~~~~~ when you
open your Bible to read God's Word, just simply ASK The Holy Spirit
to "reveal" to you what God is saying to YOU in His Word.
Allow Him to take you to other scriptures that pertain to what you are reading
so that you can take in the "whole counsel of God", not just an
isolated scripture. And then, one other thing that I really encourage
you to do is this ~~~~ Ask The Holy Spirit to help you to "retain"
what you read (not memorize), but RETAIN! This is something that I
have been doing for many years, and The Holy Spirit has been faithful to do that
for me!
This is why it is so easy
for me to "talk covenant talk" and to give the angels that have
been assigned to me something to "hearken" to!
I think I will move on to
the third thing that is available to us when we acknowledge The Lord as our
own personal SHEPHERD....and that is DIRECTION. I
plan to start this up next week . . . see you Monday!
