Morning!
Okay!
By "popular demand" (and in obedience to The Lord), I will
continue our walk through the third chapter of Proverbs. I hope to
complete this "journey" before the Christmas Holidays!
So, without further "ado".....open those Bibles! Remember that
I am "paraphrasing" these scriptures in order to help us understand
them in a simple way (that is what The Lord told me to do).~~~~~~~~
Verse 17....The "wisdom of God"
will keep us walking in peace! If you have lost your
"peace", then you have taken a wrong turn and you are on the
wrong "path"!
Verse 18....The "wisdom of God"
is compared to a tree of Life, and those that hold on to that "tree"
will be happy and blessed! If you do not feel happy and blessed, then
you are swinging from limb to limb on the wrong "tree"!
Verse 19....In this verse, God shows us
the "power" that is available to us if we will just ask
Him for His "wisdom"! Think about it..... God Almighty
depended on His "wisdom" to create and establish the heavens and the
earth. Should we depend on anything less?
Verse 20....This verse talks about the
"knowledge" of God. This is what we need in
our lives! It is not "head knowledge"...it is "revelation
knowledge" of His Word, and we can only receive it by asking The
Holy Spirit for it! I hope you are reading this verse from your Bible...that
is the only way that you are going to understand what I am going to say
now~~~~"Revelation knowledge" will take those things in God's Word
that seemed too "deep" for you to understand, and "break"
it up for you and make it so simple that you will feel the "dew of
Heaven" fall on you! That is the "refreshing"
that God promised us! Oh! I have a song rising up in my
spirit...I hope it isn't going to make this encouragement too long for you!
I have to share it!
