Morning!
First
of all, I want to "welcome" those that sent emails to me over the
weekend, requesting to receive the "Encouragements"! Thank you for
your requests, and may these daily encouragements bless you, strengthen
you, and equip you to do what God has "called" you to do!
(Read Ephesians 4:11-13).
Every
Christian has a "call" on their life and has been given a
"ministry" that they need to be equipped for. The ministry
that The Lord has for you, may not be a "pulpit" ministry. You
may not be called to be an Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor or
Teacher (referring to the above scripture). However, the
"ministry" that God has for you is just as important as those that
have been given a "Title"!
For
example, all of us have been given the "ministry of reconciliation"
(bringing people back into submission) to God (2Corinthians 5:18). So,
your "ministry" may be to your family, or to your friends, or to
your co-workers at your job, or to your neighbors, or maybe even to
"strangers" that you come across at the grocery store.
Bottom
line.....you have a "call" on your life, and you have a
"ministry" that is very important to God! This has
gone a different direction from what I had planned to talk about, so I assume
that The Lord wants you to know that T.O.D.A.Y. Ministries desires
to help "equip" you to do what God has called you to do!
