Morning!
It is so liberating when we realize that prayer is a "privilege", not
a "legalistic duty"! It is no coincidence that we are talking
about this subject at this particular time . . . . . if you are aware of what is
going on around us, then you know that we need to take advantage of this
"privilege" right now!!
Our President needs our prayers, and even though a lot of you are praying, I
want to encourage all of the readers to become "doers of the Word,
and not hearers only" (James 1:22) . . . Let's join together, today, and
pray according to 1Timothy 2: 1--4. This is a "prayer of
intercession" . . . . . . which is the next "type" of prayer that
I was planning on talking about, and will share on this tomorrow. I am
going to go ahead and type out these
scriptures for those of you who do not have an Amplified Bible.
1Timothy 2:1--4>>>
"First of all, then, I admonish and urge that petitions, prayers, and
intercessions be offered on behalf of all men.
For kings and all who are in positions of authority or high
responsibility, that we may live a quiet and undisturbed life.
For, such praying is good and right, and it is pleasing and acceptable to
God our Savior, Who desires all men to be saved and to perceive and recognize
and discern and know precisely and correctly the divine Truth."
I encourage you, today, to take advantage of the "privilege" of
communicating with God according to these scriptures. You will be
