Morning!
I
am going to list some of the "scriptures" that are pertinent to the
song that I shared with you in Tuesday's Encouragement . . . there are others
that I have mentioned in earlier Encouragements that had to do with BEING LED
BY THE SPIRIT! I know that as you begin to look up and read the ones I
am sending out today, and will ask Him to give you revelation knowledge
about them, then He will also take you to other scriptures. It is all
about whether or not we really desire to be LED BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD! Do we
have a "passion" and a burning "desire" to be LED BY THE
HOLY SPIRIT? Do we really want The Lord to be "involved"
in all of our affairs? Do we really want to ascend to that
"higher plane" of intimacy with Him and maturity in Him?
Or do we just want to have our "own plans" and hope He will
"bless" them? How many times have we gotten upset with
God when He did not "bless our mess"? Come on, now . . . you
know what I am talking about!
When
we find ourselves in a "mess", it is because we have made wrong
"choices"! As I have said earlier, God gives us a "free
will" to make our own choices, but that does not mean that He is in any
way "obligated" to BLESS our wrong choices! We can
"choose" to have our OWN "way", or we can choose
to let Him have HIS way in our lives! I have been in both
"camps", and I found out the "hard way" that HIS way is
the only way to fly, because His way is "perfect"!
Oh
yes . . . I almost forgot to give you those "scriptures", because
I got so caught up in what HE was saying about Our "way"
versus HIS "way"! I CHOOSE HIS WAY, how about you?
Here
are the "scriptures" for the song ~~~ Proverbs 3:5-6, Psalms 18:30, 1
Peter 5:7, Psalms 138:8.
The
Lord really does want to be "involved" in your everyday life and in all
of your "decisions", so why don't we just go ahead and
"humble" ourselves under His mighty hand and let Him lift
us up to a higher plane! More to come ~~~~~~
