Morning!
If
you have read Friday's Encouragement, then the word "path" ought to
be stuck in your mind forever! Well, The Bible tells that we are
supposed to "adhere" to The Lord and His words, and that word
(adhere) means to...."stick like glue"!
I
know that I repeat myself a lot...not just with one word like
"path", but with the same scriptures, subjects and/or
principles. But you know what? So did Jesus, and so did the
Apostle Paul, and so did the Holy Spirit through the different writers of the
Holy Scriptures. In fact, the Bible itself, is repetitious!
Why
is that? Because...God is smarter than we are, and He knows that we learn
by repetition. He said that "faith comes by hearing and hearing and
hearing". That is the literal translation of Romans 10:17.
Now, in that scripture, God intended for us to use this "principle"
to obtain faith in His "Word", but that same principle works in the
"natural" realm also.
Think about it! Why do the T.V.
commercials keep saying the same thing over and over again? Because,
they want you to put faith in what their "products"
can do for you! So I am going to continue being repetitious
about "God's Word", because I KNOW what it can do
for you. I also know what it will "produce" in your
life!
I have gone in a different direction from
what I was talking about, but I will try to get back on the "path"
tomorrow!
