Good
Morning!
Ok!
Here is the "message of Grace", plain and simple! If
we need God's grace in our lives (and we do), and if His
grace is His supernatural power to change things in the natural (and it is),
and if He said that He would give grace to the "humble" (and
He did say that), then why do we continue to "struggle" with
our burdens and cares and trying to do something about them that we cannot do
in our own "strength"?
He
told the Apostle Paul that His grace was sufficient for him...2Corinthians
12:9, and He also told him that His strength would be perfected in
his weakness. That is a "covenant" promise, so if you have accepted
Jesus as your Lord, then you have been made a "partaker" of
every covenant promise of God! He did not just give His covenant
promises to Paul....He gave them and makes them available to everyone
that believes in Him! However, we have to follow His
"instructions" in order to see those covenant promises
manifested in our lives. His instructions on how to have His
"Grace" operating in our lives are so "simple"!
Here is the plan~~~~
#1.
Stay "humble" before God (and He even tells us how to do
that)..by "casting all of your cares upon Him" (1Peter 5: 6 &
7).
#2. Put
your faith in Him...in other words, believe that He will do
what He said He would do (read Hebrews 11:6).....actually, if you think about
it, that is how we can stay "humble" before Him....by just believing
what He says! Oh! How simple!!
I could talk about the "Grace of
God" forever, but I will continue this next week. I am excited
about what The Lord is going to show us....hope you are too! See you
Monday~~~~~~~~~~
Have
a Blessed Weekend!! (stay "humble
before Him!) In His Love, Luanne
