Good Morning!

This idea of "resharing" some of the earlier Encouragements seems to be working good for everyone.  The series that I did back in April, seems to be a favorite all around.  It is about simplifying your life.  And so I will use that one this week...

I will be sharing some things with you that have made such a difference in my life, and maybe they can help to make a difference in yours.

These three words: "SIMPLE IS GOOD" has literally changed my way of thinking and doing.  It was a "revelation" to me as soon as I heard it, and I knew that it was The Lord speaking to me, even though He was using a very unusual channel to get through to me...I heard it on a milk commercial!  Too many times, we have our own "religious" ideas about how God speaks to us.  We need to remember that He even used a donkey at one point to get His message across!!  So, we just need to let God be God and let Him do it His way.

The Holy Spirit is our teacher, and He has a great "sense of humor".  God wants us to enjoy our lives...especially in our personal relationship with Him.  Psalms 16:11 tells us that in His presence is fullness of "Joy"!

All this week, I will be sharing with you about how just three words ("simple is good") changed my life.  But, for now, let me encourage you to...lighten up...quit being so hard on yourself...and just ENJOY TODAY!!!!
