Good Morning!

Today we are going to approach the frustration issue in a positive way.  There are some steps that we can take to  "avoid" being frustrated, discouraged, disappointed, and confused.  First of all, the best thing you can do to eliminate a lot of this, is to simplify your life.  Yes, I have talked about this many times before, and will be talking about it a lot
more.  It is so important to get a revelation of this.  I know from personal experience that it works!  So, here are just some of the things that can really make a difference in your daily life, in your health, and in your relationships:

1. Don't over commit yourself. Learn how to say "No".  When you are overcommitted, your priorities will automatically get out of order.  Result:  frustration.

2. Don't expect perfection in yourself or your performance.
           Result:  discouragement.

3. Don't expect perfection in someone else or their behavior.
           Result:  disappointment.

4. Don't try to figure everything out (why? when? how? etc.).
           Result:  confusion.

5. Don't think that you need to be in control of everything.
           Result:  ALL OF THE ABOVE!

Our circumstances can change by simply asking God to show us where "we" need to make changes, and then allow Him to do that work in us.  We cannot change ourselves; only The Holy spirit can do this.  But, if we sincerely desire to live our lives free from stress and frustration, He will show us how.  Then we can live "blessed" instead of "burdened".  This will allow us to be a blessing to others!

Have a Blessed Weekend!!                 In His Love,     Luanne
We welcome your comments and prayer requests.
