Good
Morning!
Psalms
91 . . . continues ~~~~~
We
are now at verse 13 and I am going to let you read that verse from your own
bible, but I am going to give you the two "reference" scriptures
for that verse from the Amplified Bible ~~~~ they are Daniel 6:22 and Luke
10:19.
First of all, verse 19
includes the words "lion" and "serpent". We know
that the "lion" that it is talking about is not the Lion of
the tribe of Judah (which is Jesus), but it is our enemy the devil, who
"goes about as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour" (1
Peter 5:8). Also, the word "serpent" is symbolic of the devil
(in the old Testament and the new Testament! With that in mind,
let's look at those two reference scriptures ~~~~~
Daniel 6:22 tells us that
God sent an angel to "shut the mouth" of the lions . . . well, if He
shut the mouth of the lions for Daniel, then He will "shut the mouth of
the devil" for us! Praise God!
Luke 10:19 tells us that
Jesus, Himself, has given YOU authority and power over all the
power of the enemy and nothing shall in any way harm YOU!
Precious ones . . . these
are Covenant promises! I encourage you to take these Covenant
"words" and speak them out of your mouth!!
Say this ~~~ Devil, shut
your mouth! I have authority over you! You cannot harm me!
And if you don't shut your mouth, then my God will shut it for
you!!!!!! When you do this . . . you are talking
"covenant-talk", and God will watch over your words to perform them!
Somebody ought to be shouting right about now! More to come, so stay
tuned in ~~~~~~
Have
a Blessed Day!! (Don't listen to the devil, make the devil listen
to you!) In His Love, Luanne
