The Sword of the Spirit

I find it very interesting that the largest part of that word "sword" is WORD!  I had never really noticed that until I just typed what the Holy Spirit was wanting me to entitle my upcoming messages and then I SAW it!  That is a sure sign that The Lord is wanting us to be alert to what is coming out of our mouth.  Are we speaking words that are in agreement with God's Word?  Or are we speaking words that are contrary and in opposition to what His Word says?  Think about it!

I heard a very powerful and anointed Bible teacher use this example that reflects what The Lord is wanting us to get hold of~~~~~~He said that if you want your cat to come, don't call the dog!  I know that most of you are thinking, "Well, that would be a dumb thing to do".   I agree...and yet that is exactly what many people are doing when they are wanting to be healed and yet they keep on calling  themselves "sick".  It does not take any more time or effort to say, "I am healed", than it takes to say, "I am sick". However, one of those statements is contrary to what God's Word says about you, and the other one is in complete agreement with His Word. Which one do you want?  Don't start throwing rocks at me yet.  If you have not gotten the revelation about the importance of saying what God says, and not what your circumstances say, then I encourage you to keep reading these messages from God's heart to you.  He is for you, not against you and wants to bring you to a place that you can have absolute faith and trust in the integrity of His Word!  His Word says that you are healed by the stripes of Jesus.(Isa. 53:5).  His Word says that you were healed (1 Peter 2:24).  God cannot lie, and so you can't go wrong by "saying what God's Word says"!  You have nothing to lose, and a lot to gain!  Take the S(word) of the Spirit, which is the Word of God and put it in your mouth where it belongs!    Much more to come~~~~~~~
