Think on
these things....
Let's look at some more scriptures
that tell us what the Word of God
is~~~~~
The Word of God is near you, even in
your mouth and in your mind and in
your heart, so that you can DO it!
(Deut. 30:14 & Romans 10:8)
One of our weapons of warfare
against the enemy is "the sword of
the Spirit, which is the Word of
God"! (Eph. 6:17)
Considering what we just read from
the scriptures above, it is pretty
obvious that the weapon that we have
been given is not going to do any
damage to the enemy if it stays in
the "sheath"! It has to be in your
mind and in your heart and coming
out of your "mouth"! Think about
it!
Jesus used this against the devil
when He was being tempted by him in
the wilderness. He opened His mouth
and told the devil, "It is written",
but He did not just say those three
words.....He went on to tell satan
WHAT was written. You cannot tell
the devil what is written, if you do
not KNOW what is written! Jesus
already knew what makes the "sword"
effective...He had put it in His mind
by reading and "thinking" on it so
that it would then be in His
heart, and that is why He could
"speak it forth out of His mouth"!
Think about that!
In my previous

Holy Spirit has given us many things
to "think" about and now He wants us
to take what we have put in our
minds and allow them to get in
our hearts and start
"speaking forth those things " out
of our MOUTH! So, this is my next
"assignment". Are you ready to
start taking your "sword" out of the
"sheath" and using it against the
devices of the enemy? If you are,
