Good Morning!
It is so good to be back with all of you! I
have a lot of things that The Lord wants me to share
with you in my upcoming Encouragements! However, today
I want to take this time to express my "thanks" to Robin
for filling in for me this past week. In one of my
previous Encouragements, I requested prayer for The Lord
to send "helpers" that could "sub" for me when I needed
them to. I believe that some of you honored that
request for prayer, so I want to express my "thanks" to
you for praying! He answered your prayers! When I
asked Robin to do this for me, she was so "gracious" and
"willing" to do whatever she could do that would bring
"glory to God", minister to others, and yet wanting to
make sure that it would be in conformity with the
standards of Today Ministries! She was a little
"hesitant", because she had not used her "gift of
writing" (that God had given her) in such a long
time. In other words, her "gift and anointing" to
write, had laid dormant for a long time! But, she laid
her own fears of "inadequacy" aside and "chose" to help
me out! Please stay with me on this, because I am going
somewhere with it!
When I began to read those messages that Robin
sent out, The Lord revealed to me that she DID have a
"gift and an anointing"! I know how to "read between
the lines" and I KNOW when something is "anointed" and
when it is not! I said all of the above to say this
~~~~ Robin has been added to our "staff of writers"
for Today Ministries! She is going to wait until
October to start with her messages . . . she wants to
take time to seek the Lord to help her "re-develop" her
writing skills, in order to bring "glory" to Him and to
this ministry! I am "impressed" with her "humble"
spirit and with her "teachable" spirit! I believe that
she is going to be a tremendous "asset" to the body of
Christ and to this ministry! She shares from her "heart
and soul" and has already touched some of your lives! I
have received "responses" from some of you, to the ones
that she has already sent out! Please WELCOME Robin
Rowland to our "staff" of writers for Today Ministries!
(She is also one of our "intercessors" on our Prayer
