T.O.D.A.Y.'S  ENCOURAGEMENT for Sept. 17, 2008

Good Morning!

 

As you know, I have been taking time to honor all of the precious people who have given their "labor of love" to others through T.O.D.A.Y. Ministries.  I am not the only one that wants to "honor" all of you . . . Father God also wants to honor you!  He says so in Hebrews 6:10 . . . "He remembers and does not overlook your labor of love to the Saints"!  In my last Encouragement I shared with you about two people on our staff of "anointed" writers.  Today, I want to share about the other two that have a special anointing on their lives to "hold forth the Word of Life and Truth"!

 

Judith Luttrell sends out a "once a week" message entitled . . . It Is Written.  God has anointed her to "equip" us with the same "weapon" we need to use against the attacks and temptations of the enemy that Jesus, Himself used against the devil...THE WRITTEN WORD OF GOD!  If you will read the 4th chapter of Matthew, you will see that Jesus did not only say to the devil, "It is written", He ALSO opened His mouth and told the devil "what" was written!  Read it for yourself, Jesus did not "think" the devil away from Him . . . He audibly SAID what God had already said!  That is when it became the "spoken"  Word of God!  Well, I have gone to preaching now, but I can't help it . . . it is just in me to do that!    However . . . back to what Judi is doing with her messages . . . not only is she telling you "what is written", she also uses her "personal life experiences" to show us how she, herself, has used this weapon (which is the sword of the Spirit) to make a difference in her own life!  There will be many of her readers that can relate to those same "experiences"!  Well, Judi, there is coming a day when you will hear Father God say to you . . . In my next Encouragement, on Friday, I will be honoring another one of our "anointed writers" and her name is Chris Riffle!  I will also send out a special "last but not least" acknowledgement!
