T.O.D.A.Y.'S  ENCOURAGEMENT for Sept. 10, 2008

Good Morning!

 

I will continue to "acknowledge" all of the precious ones that have given their "labor of love" to others through this ministry . . . If The Lord does not "overlook" your labor of love, then I want to make sure that I do not "overlook" it either!  I started with honoring our Administrator, and now I want to honor our faithful Intercessory Prayer Team!  I strongly believe that "Intercessors" are the very back-bone of any ministry in the body of Christ!  Even in the "natural", if our physical back bones are injured and become weak...it affects the rest of our natural bodies!  I have really been thinking about this "analogy" lately because of an injury to my personal back!  By speaking the COVENANT "word of God" out of my mouth, it has brought "healing and restoration" not only to my back but to the rest of my body!  So it is, with "intercessors" that take prayer requests to the throne of Grace and put God in remembrance of His Word . . . it brings "healing and restoration" to the body of Christ!  Even if some of the people involved in the "prayer requests" are not Christians yet, they are "potential" members of His body!  Oh! Can you see this?  Well, I have gone to preaching now!   So, let me get back to "acknowledging" our prayer team ~~~~~

 

Nadean Woodcock is our "Intercessory Prayer Director", and does an awesome job . . . Thank you, Nadean!  Our anointed "prayer warriors" are . . . (of course, Nadean) and also Robin Rowland, Bobbie Miller, Judith Luttrell, Cindy Habicht, Debbie McCullough, Karen Schuck, Laura Norris, Cathy Thomas, and my sister Babe Shelton.  God has "hand-picked" each and every one of these to be on this "Prayer Team".  He has called them to "stand in the gap" for others, and He has also "anointed" them to do this job that He has assigned them to do!  They "lay down their lives" to "lift up the lives" of people that they may not even know personally!

 

Well . . . Nadean, Robin, Bobbie, Judi, Cindy, Debbie, Karen, Laura, Cathy and Babe . . . there is coming a day when Father God will say to you ~~~ "Well done, my good and faithful servants"!
