T.O.D.A.Y.'S ENCOURAGEMENT for Sept. 26, 2007

In
total obedience to the leading of The Holy Spirit, I am going to type out what
the last part of Hebrews 13: 5 says from the Amplified bible. This
does not mean that the "first" part of that verse is not
important, it is, but the Lord is wanting me to talk about the last part
today. He has a reason for this, and I have learned to just
"trust" Him! He is speaking to someone today ~~~~
It
says . . . "He (God) Himself has said, I will not in anyway fail you nor
give up on you nor leave you without support. I will not, I will not, I will
not in any degree leave you helpless, nor forsake you or let you down. I
will not relax my hold on you ---- Assuredly not!"! I believe that
The Lord wants you to take this as a personal "covenant promise" to
you, but I also believe that He wants you to insert the names of your children
and loved ones into that promise! For example ~~~ when The Lord
moved on me to do this, my youngest son was not living for The Lord, even
though He was a born again Christian. I began to insert his name every
where it said "you" . . . i.e .~~~ I said this (out loud),
Thank you Lord, that you will not in anyway fail James nor give up on him nor
leave him without support. You will not, will not, will not in any
degree leave James helpless, nor forsake him or let him down. You will not
relax your hold on him ---- Assuredly not! This brought so much peace
and assurance to me and I continued to say it until it came to pass!
And guess what? It DID come to pass! You know why? Because,
God "watches over His Word to perform it"! I have to say
it one more time ~~~~ We have a "Covenant" with God, and when we
speak His "covenant words" out of our mouth, He watches over His
Word to "perform" it! I encourage you to read all of that
chapter . . . by the way ~~~ verse 8 tells us that Jesus is the same
yesterday, today and forever! That is what He told me to say in my last
Encouragement . . . humm! Selah (which means to stop and think
about that)!
Thank you, Father for
reminding us, once again to "TALK COVENANT TALK"! When we
speak Your Word over ourselves and over our loved ones . . . You WILL bring it
to pass! YOU are "faithful"!
