Morning!
In
Tuesday's encouragement, I said that I would talk later about the
"choices" we make....so that is what I am going to do today.
Many people blame God for the bad things
that happen in their lives. Some people may not blame God, but they
put the blame on the devil for their "circumstances". We need
to get a revelation here! First of all, God is not to blame
for bad things that happen to us. He only has good things in His plan
for us (Jeremiah 29:11). I really encourage you to read that
scripture! It is the devil that comes to kill, steal and destroy,
but Jesus came to give us "life abundantly" (John 10:10).
However, all the bad situations that we
find ourselves in, may not be because of the devil's devices....sometimes it
may be because of our own "wrong choices". We need to
realize that we cannot always "put the blame on Mame"! (Some
of you may be too young to "relate" to that phrase).
The point is, God wants His kids to
"grow up" and take responsibility for the choices they make.....He
won't make our choices for us, but He does give us instructions on
what to "choose" and leaves it up to us to decide. He makes
everything so simple for us! More about this tomorrow~~~~~~
