Morning!
This
is going to be totally different from my "usual" encouragements, but
I believe it is important! It is time for Christians to realize how
important the "intercessors" in the body of Christ are. They
are the ones that are never in the "lime light", but have devoted
their lives to their "calling"!
They
are the ones that "stand in the gap" for all of us. They are
the ones that pray for us and our children night and day....never expecting
any kind of "recognition or applause". They are the ones that
send up the "incense" before God (you can read that in Revelation 8:
3 & 4).
We
have many intercessors for this ministry, but the one that is in charge
of this "intercessory ministry" is Babe Shelton (my sister-in-law
and my sister-in-The Lord)! Many of you have sent in your prayer
requests to her and she always "forwards" them on to me. I
have received your "testimonies" to the answered prayers, but Babe
is the one that needs to hear from you! I said all that to say
this~~~~today is her birthday, so maybe you would like to send her a
"word of thanks".
She
does not know that I am sending this, and may not be real happy with me for
doing it....but, I appreciate her and I know you do too! This is just a
"suggestion", don't feel obligated...just do what The Lord
leads you to do!
Many
of you will be enjoying this "long Holiday weekend", so I think I
will too! The encouragements will be back on Tuesday, September
7th~~~~~~
