T.O.D.A.Y.'S ENCOURAGEMENT for Sept. 03, 2003

Morning!
I
talk to a lot of people everyday, and it seems that every one is
experiencing a "severe attack" from the enemy...either in their
"body", or their "finances", or their
"relationships, etc. And these are
"Christians"....people who love The Lord!
Well,
I have not come, today, to "magnify" the enemy and what he is
doing... I am here to "magnify" and "glorify" The Lord and
what He is doing, and what He has promised to do for His people!
In
John 16:33, Jesus said..."In this world you will have tribulations and
trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer---take courage, be
confident, certain and undaunted---for I have overcome the world...I have
deprived it of power to harm, and have conquered it for you!"
Please
notice, that He did not say...."Well, after all, this is all
your fault".....read verse 27....He is talking to people that "love
Him" and "believe in Him". So, He is not condemning anyone...He
is just saying that this is going to happen to people who are "seeking
after Him", but then He gives the "good news"!
"Don't
be discouraged, put your confidence in Me, and I will deliver you out of
this situation"! (Paraphrased)
No
matter what you are going through right now, I encourage you today, to place
your confidence and trust in The Lord! Tomorrow, I am going to
share a song with you that relates to all of this! In the
meantime......remember, that Jesus has already taken care of your situation
and has "deprived the enemy from "harming you"!
