Good Morning!
Do you ever feel "battle weary"? Maybe you even have
some "battle scars" from going through some battles that
left you thinking you had been defeated. This can
happen if we are trying to fight our "battles" in our
own strength! Been there . . . done that! The Lord has
reminded me of one of my songs, and I am going to share
it with you. It is what The Word of God says,
concerning our "battles", and we all need to be reminded
of it from "battle to battle"! ~~~~~
WHEN WE'RE IN A "BATTLE" . . . THERE IS ONE
THING WE NEED TO SEE;
THE "BIGGER" THE BATTLE . . . THE "SWEETER" THE
VICTORY!
OH! HOW SWEET IT IS WHEN WE WIN! SO,
WE NEED TO REMEMBER THAT GOD SAID,
WE "ALWAYS" WIN! THE "BIGGER" THE
BATTLE . . . THE "SWEETER" THE VICTORY!
THE LORD FOUGHT OUR BATTLES FOR US WHEN HE "TOOK
OUR PLACE";
HE ONLY TOLD US JUST TO FIGHT "THE GOOD
FIGHT OF FAITH"!
WITH GOD'S ARMOR ON, WE STAND THERE AND
HAVING DONE ALL TO STAND . . . THEN
WE JUST KEEP STANDING THERE! THE
"BIGGER" THE BATTLE, THE "SWEETER" THE
VICTORY!
SOMETIMES IT MAY LOOK LIKE WE'VE LOST TO THE
ENEMY;
BUT GOD SAID "THROUGH CHRIST, HE ALWAYS
GIVES THE VICTORY"!
WE ARE TREES PLANTED BY THE WATER, AND
WE WILL JUST NOT "BE MOVED" . . . NO
MATTER HOW "HOT THE WATER"! THE
"BIGGER" THE BATTLE, THE "SWEETER" THE
VICTORY!!!!!
If you will get The Lord "involved" in your battles . .
. then, not only will He fight those battles for you
and give you the "victory", He will remove all the
"scars" from previous battles! Oh! What an awesome God
we serve!
