Morning!
I want to say "Welcome" to all
of you that have recently requested to receive these encouragements......thank
you for your interest and may you be blessed in your daily walk with The Lord!
I have been talking about "simplifying" your life, so that you can
"enjoy" your life, so I will

Jesus
tells us that the enemy (aka, the adversary, the devil) comes to steal,
kill and destroy, but He (Jesus) came to give us life, and a life that we can enjoy!
You can read this in John 10:10 and 1Peter 5:8 (Amplified Bible). So,
really, this is very "simple", if you will stop and think about
it. It is not "hard" to understand what Jesus is saying here!
First
of all, He is saying that whatever "kills, steals or destroys" does
not come from The Lord, and then He is also saying that it is His desire that
we "enjoy" our lives! Is that "good news" or what?
Some of us have a tendency to
"complicate" things in certain areas of our lives....
Okay, maybe you don't, so I will just use
myself as an example.... I was always making "mountains out of
molehills" and "making a big deal" out of something that The
Lord could take care of, if I would just turn it over to Him and allow
Him to "fix it"! Then, there are other "complicated" areas
of our lives that we, ourselves can change by "keeping it simple"!
One of those areas is in our "thinking", and that is what I
started talking about last week. I will continue talking about this
