Morning!
Jesus
said, "In my Father's house are many mansions" (John 14:2).
So, that tells me that God has a "house" and I believe that He has
"furniture" in His house. I am not sure about all
of the different pieces of furniture that He has, but I know about some
of them....He has a table (Luke 22:30)....He has many thrones
(Revelation 20:4)....He has a footstool "on order, waiting to be
delivered" (Hebrews 10:12,13)....and He has a "love"seat
(Ephesians 2:6)! That is the piece of furniture that I want to talk
about today. We may talk about the other pieces later.
As
you all know, a "loveseat" was designed to seat two
people comfortably! Are you getting the "picture"? Just
you and Jesus! Of course, that applies to me and any other child of
God who believes that they can "come boldly to the Throne
of Grace"! (Hebrews 4:16). If you allow the devil to make you feel
"unworthy", then you will never "come boldly" and climb up
on that "loveseat" with Jesus!
Jesus made
you "worthy" when He shed His blood for you, and He has given you a
"personal" invitation to come sit with Him on His "love"seat!
He is just waiting for you to come! Trust me, you really want
to...."go there"! (and by the way, when you get there, don't
be in a hurry to leave)!
Please take time to read the above "sciptures"....you
will be blessed! (Even if you have read them before).
