Morning!
According
to our "calendar", this coming up Thursday will be observed by this
nation as a day of "thanksgiving". I want you to know that I think
it is wonderful that our government has chosen to do this! What I am
about to share with you is not meant to "take away from that",
but according to "The Word of God", everyday should be
a day of thanksgiving!
So, this week I am going to give you some scriptures
concerning "thanksgiving". I believe they will not only
"enhance" your celebration of the "holiday", but will help
you keep an "attitude of gratitude" every day of the year!
Hebrews 13:15....."let us offer the sacrifice of
praise to God continually, that is the fruit of our lips giving thanks
to His name".
Psalms 100:4....."enter His gates with
thanksgiving and in to His courts with Praise; be thankful unto Him and bless
His name". ( this scripture shows us how to enter into His
"presence" on a daily basis). It is also the "order" that
He has set up for our time of Praise and Worship! I will share more
about this principle later.......
I have more scriptures to give you as we
prepare to "dine at His table" Thursday, and everyday of the year!
