T.O.D.A.Y.'S ENCOURAGEMENT for May 16, 2008
T.O.D.A.Y.
Ministries
14745 Merrilltown #1611 Austin TX 78728 Good Morning!
READ
SPEAK RECEIVE
Yesterday,
I gave you two scriptures to READ that talk about being
"Covenant-minded". One of them spoke about God being
"Covenant-minded", and the other was where The Lord said for us
to be "Covenant-minded". I am going to add another scripture to
those, and I am going to type out "word for word" what all three of
them say in the Amplified Bible. I know that many of you do not have an
Amplified Bible, and so that is why I want to share this with you.
I encourage you to read all of the following "out loud" . . . this
way you are doing the first two instructions from the "format" at
the same time (i.e. READ and SPEAK) ~~~~~~~
Psalm
111:5 . . . "He has given food and provisions to those who
reverently and worshipfully fear Him; He will remember His covenant
for ever and imprint it on His mind".
1
Chronicles 16:15 . . . "Be mindful of His covenant
for-ever, the promise which He commanded and established to a thousand
generations".
Psalm
25:14 . . . "The secret (of the sweet, satisfying companionship) of the
Lord, is given to those who fear --- revere and worship --- Him, and He will
show them His covenant and REVEAL to them its deep, inner
meaning"!
Now
that we have read His Word concerning His COVENANT, and have spoken
it out of our mouth, it is time to do the third thing . . . RECEIVE! Start
thanking Him for His COVENANT with you! I do this on a daily basis
~~~~ I say . . . "Father, I want to thank you for letting me know that I
have this COVENANT with you, and because I reverence you and worship you, I
will never have to worry about my provisions. Thank you, that I am always on
your mind! I choose to always be mindful of Your COVENANT with me and
every member of my Covenant household! Thank you, Lord, for your sweet
satisfying companionship, and for showing me Your COVENANT,
and for giving me a deeper revelation of it"!
Have
a Blessed Weekend!!
(Stay "Covenant-minded"!)
In His Love, Luanne
