Proverbs
4: 20 - 27 continues ~~~~~
As
I said in yesterday's Encouragement, I want to expound some more concerning
the truth and Covenant words that are found in verse 22. It would be
very beneficial to you if you could have this verse in front of you as I give
you the "related" scriptures. You see, "revelation
knowledge" comes from taking in the "whole counsel of God" . .
. not just by reading one isolated scripture. When we take time to
really study God's Word, then when we read a certain scripture, it should
always cause us to think about other scriptures that relate to it . . . and
that is when we will get the "whole counsel" of God and we
will begin to see the entire "picture" of what The Lord is wanting
us to see! I liken it to "tapestry" or "needlepoint".
If you have ever watched someone doing a tapestry or a needlepoint work, then
you can understand what I am saying. You will only see them revealing
one part of it at a time, but if you stay focused on what they are revealing,
then you will eventually SEE the "finished work"! Oh! I
love the way that The Holy Spirit uses the "natural" to reveal
the "spiritual" to us! Can I get an AMEN?
John
1: 1 tells us that Jesus is THE WORD OF GOD . . . John 1:4 tells us that there
is "life" in HIM! If there is "life" in Jesus, then
there is "life" in His WORD! In John 6:63, Jesus tells us that
the Word that He speaks to us is LIFE! There are many more scriptures
that bring out this "truth", but I also want to bring out the rest
of what He says in Proverbs 4:22 . . . He says that His WORD is healing,
health and a cure to all of your flesh! Those words are "Covenant
promises" to anyone that has accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
With that in mind, let me tell you this: I know that I know that I know
the results of "talking Covenant talk"! So, I encourage you to
do the same by just "simply" receiving and believing what God's Word
says. I will share with you what I say every day, and you can do with it what
ever you want, but if you are sick and tired of being sick and tired,
then you might want to consider doing this ~~~~ just open your mouth and say .
. . "Thank you, Lord, that your word is LIFE to me, and that it
is HEALING, HEALTH and A CURE TO ALL OF MY FLESH"! When you do this
. . . you are talking "Covenant talk"! God is ever mindful of
His "Covenant"! And He watches over His WORD to perform it and
bring it to pass!
There is so much more that
The Lord wants to add to this "tapestry and needlepoint", so just
keep on watching Him work it out in your life! Eventually you will be
able to see the "finished work"! I just pray that these
Encouragements are helping you to do that and that they are "removing
your burdens and destroying your yokes"! That is what His
"anointing" does! So, start "thanking" The Lord for
your healing and your health . . . even before you see the
"finished work"!
