Morning!
I
believe that The Lord wants to give all of us more "revelation"
about JOY . . . His JOY! It will be a powerful force in our lives
if we understand what it is . . . where it comes from . . . and why we need
it! We will be looking at scriptures concerning all of that as we go
along. Remember, this may not be the subject every day
. . . He may want me to share about something else that somebody needs to hear
on a certain day, but I will continue to share about JOY until He
changes my "assignment"!
When
Jesus left this earth, He gave us His "going away gifts" . . .
Peace and Joy! It wasn't just a generic brand of peace and joy that He
was handing out . . . it was HIS "peace" and HIS "joy"!
Somebody ought to be shouting HALLELUJAH right about now! I
am! Get ready, guys and gals, I know in my spirit that
we are about to enter in to the presence of God through this teaching on
"Joy" . . . and the Word says that "in His presence is
FULLNESS of Joy"! (Psalm 16:11).
This
is what Jesus was talking about in John 15:11 when He said . . .
"These things have I spoken to you that MY joy might remain
in you and that your joy might be FULL"! If you will read the
verses above and below verse 11....you will see that Jesus is talking
about keeping the "Love Commandment"! That is just what I have
been sharing about! Isn't God "awesome"? He makes
everything so "simple" for us by weaving a "tapestry"
through the scriptures! He ties all the "threads"
together in order for us to get a "clear picture" . . . that is
how we get "revelation"! Which brings us back to what I
said at the beginning of this encouragement! Stay tuned in . . .
we have only just begun!
