Aha! I'm finding out who is doing their "homework"!

Yesterday, I listed some scriptures that relate to "what we have become in Christ", and I used the scripture Revelation 12:1 as relating to the word "overcomers" . . . Well, I have only had a couple of my readers question me about this, and the reason they did is because it is really from Revelation 12:11, not Revelation 12:1 ~~~ did I catch some of you "playing hookey"? You know what? I am just having some fun with you . . . I have made it sound like that it was "intentional" on my part, but the truth is . . . it was not a "trick", it was only a "typo"! I would never be that "mean" to any of you precious ones! First of all, I know that many of you do not get to read these Encouragements the same day that I send them out, and I also know that many of you would have "caught" it, because you are familiar with the scripture that talks about how we "overcome the devil with the blood of the Lamb and the Word of our testimony"! So, you knew what scripture I was talking about, but I believe The Holy Spirit used my "typo" to show you how you can get even more "revelation" from reading the verses up above and down beneath the "assigned" scripture! I pray that you will do this with all of the "scriptures" that The Lord has me to share with you about any given subject! It is always to our advantage and will bring us more and more "revelation" if we will take time to read the entire context of a certain verse, instead of just looking at it as an "isolated" scripture! This may sound "complicated" to you, but it is really very "simple"! In order for us to "mature" in the Word of God . . . we need to take in the "whole counsel of God"! If you don't fully comprehend what I am trying to say to you . . . just keep getting the Holy Spirit involved in your study of God's Word, and He will reveal to you what He wants you to "see" and "comprehend"! Well . . . I have gone to "preaching" now!
