FEAR
NOT!
If you will read 2 Timothy
1:7 . . . you will find out that God has not given you a spirit of FEAR, but
of power, and love and a sound mind! So, when you read this verse (if
you do) . . . then I encourage you to "GET A REVELATION"! Come
on now, Church, it is time for us to begin to apply the Word of God to our
lives in a personal way, so that we can "grow up" and walk in the
Covenant promises and blessings of God, instead of "whining" and
"wondering" why God doesn't do our beck and call!
Now, if you haven't
deleted me, and if you really have a desire to come up higher and be all that
God says you can be and have all that He says you can have . . . let's stay
teachable and hear what The Holy Spirit is saying to us today!
Let's look at what that
verse is saying . . . First of all, we are told that FEAR is a
"spirit" and it does not come from God! The only
"fear" that God has placed on the inside of us, is a
"reverential fear" of The Lord! That is a
"Godly" fear and is totally opposite from the "evil" spirit
of FEAR that brings "torment" ( 1 John 4:18 ). Think about it
~~~~~ Since God did not put that tormenting "spirit" IN us,
then it has to be the devil trying to put it ON us! I will never
forget when The Lord revealed that truth to me . . . it was absolutely life-changing
for me. You know why? Because, every time I would feel FEAR . . . I
felt condemned! I thought it was my own personal fear that was
rising up on the inside of me! So, when I got the revelation that is was
a "spirit" from the devil that was coming upon me from the
"outside", and not the "inside" . . . well, then it was a
brand new "ball game"!
I remembered the Word of
God that told me that I could "resist" the devil and he would
have to flee from me! Oh precious ones! Get this
"revelation"! God has not given us the "spirit of
FEAR", but He has given us the "power" to
RESIST it and take a stand against it! We can open our mouth and say ~~~~
"Evil spirit of FEAR, I resist you and I will stand steadfast in the
FAITH that my Lord has given me! You know what? The reason
that the devil tries to bring FEAR upon you, is to rob you of your FAITH!
We cannot receive anything from God without FAITH! What I
am about to tell you, is something that I have been telling people for a long
time now . . . and the reason that I tell them this, is because it is the
absolute "truth" from God ~~~~~~ YOU CANNOT OPERATE IN FAITH
AND FEAR AT THE SAME TIME! The devil knows that, and God knows
that, and the sooner we know that . . . the sooner we will begin
to see the Covenant blessings of God manifesting in our lives!

I will expound some more on this verse. The Lord is "laying a
foundation", just like He always has!

sending your Holy Spirit to teach us and give us "revelation
knowledge"!
