Good
Morning!
This is going to be a little different, today, but I am just going to be
obedient to the leading of the Holy Spirit. You can use the following
scriptures as a "check list" to see whether or not you are walking in
"love", as Jesus has commanded us to do:
"Love endures long and is patient and kind; love is never envious nor
boils over with jealousy; is not boastful or vainglorious, does not display it
self haughtily. Love is not conceited--arrogant and inflated with pride;
it is not rude and does not act unbecomingly. Love (God's love in us)
does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking;
it is not "touchy" or "fretful" or "resentful";
it takes no account of the "evil" done to it--pays no attention to a
suffered wrong. It does not rejoice at injustice, but does rejoice when
right and truth prevails. Love bears up under anything and everything that
comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are
fadeless under all circumstances and it endures everything (without weakening).
Love never fails!
These
scriptures are taken from 1Corinthians 13:4-8 Amplified Bible... I want to
encourage you to read this, and everywhere you see the word "love" or
"it", personalize it...for example, Say, "I endure long and am
patient and kind...I am not envious or jealous...ect. Read it out loud
that way, and read it everyday! You will be blessed, and you will be able
to be a blessing to others!
Have a Blessed Day!! In His Love,
Luanne
