Good Morning!

Most of you will be able to sing along with me on this familiar hymn, but let it be "toe-tapping" to you and let it bring "joy" to your heart... it wasn't written to be a "woe is me" type of song.  Let us sing it as a "personal" testimony of Praise!  Are you ready?  Let's roll!!!!!!    ( remember,  keep it "up-beat" )

      What a friend I have in Jesus;
      all my sins and grief to bear.
      What a privilege to carry,
      everything to Him in prayer!

      Oh, what "peace", I often forfeit,
      and oh, what needless "pain" I bear;
      all, because, I do not carry
      everything to Him, in prayer!

Look at the "positive" side to this song....if you are giving all of your problems to Jesus, through prayer, then you are not going to have to "forfeit" your peace, and you are not going to have to bear "needless pain"!  This would be a good time to shout.... Praise the Lord!!!

I will continue sharing with you about this next week, but until then, remember....."What a friend you have in Jesus"!!!
