Good Morning!
Let's look at how "priorities" and "attitudes" can affect
our spiritual growth and our circumstances.
First of all, you are the only one who can determine what your priorities
are. No one else can do that for
you. It is the same way with your
attitude. "You" decide how
you are going to feel or think about someone or something. The way you "react" to a situation
will determine the effect it has on you.
Concerning your spiritual growth, priorities play the biggest part in
this. We mature spiritually by spending
time with The Lord and by feeding on His Word.
If you want to grow and if you want to change, you will have to make
this a priority. Plain and simple!
We will grow and change as our minds are renewed. You can read about this in Romans 12:1&2, and we renew our
minds by going to the Word of God and finding out how he thinks and operates.
When you make God and His word a priority in your life, you will grow. As you grow, you will change. As you change, your attitudes will
change. Then you will see a difference
in your life, your relationships, and your circumstances. Growth and change doesn't happen
overnight. It is a process, and should
be an " ongoing" process. We
will always have areas in our lives that require more growth and change. Let's be determined to allow The Holy Spirit
to teach us what we need to know about this.
"Not in your own strength, for it is God Who is all the while effectually
at work in you--energizing and creating in you the power and desire--both to
will and work for His good pleasure and satisfaction and delight."
(Philippians 2:13 Amplified Bible)
