Morning!
Welcome
to all of our "new readers"....thank you for your interest in
T.O.D.A.Y.'S Encouragements. May they be a blessing to you and
strengthen you in your daily walk with The Lord!
I
want to get back to expounding on the "Love Walk". I know for
a fact that this is the one thing that will be the deciding factor between
"walking" in VICTORY, or "walking in DEFEAT and
FAILURE". The answer is......"LOVE NEVER FAILS"!
So
many people have their "own" ideas about How to succeed in life.
Hundreds of books have been written on this subject. You don't need
"hundreds" of books...you only need one! If you have a
Bible, you have the "Real Deal".
The
Word of God has been "tested and tried"...and it has been proven
to be the only formula for How to succeed in life. God's
formula for success is so "simple"! Just "obey"
the one commandment that Jesus gave to us (John 15:17).
However,
a lot of people do not understand what kind of "love" Jesus was
talking about. He was not talking about loving someone that does everything
like you want them to do....He was talking about "agape" love, which
is God's kind of love! God's love is "unconditional". It does
not depend on how others "respond" to us!
1Corinthians
13: 4 thru 8 tells us what this kind of love is, and what it is not.
It tells us what this kind of love does, and what it does not
do! If you really desire to walk in victory and be
"successful" in life, then I encourage you to read these very simple
instructions on How to succeed in life!
