Good Morning!

I have something that I want to say that can make such a difference in people's lives.  I am sure that some of you already know this, but a lot of people do not know, and it won't hurt those that do know, to be reminded of it.

Keeping the "love commandment" is so very important!  In fact, it really isn't an option, if we are to be obedient to the word of God.  It is a spiritual law that The Lord put into effect to benefit us, not Him.  The same way that the spiritual law of "giving" is for our benefit, not His.  (I plan to share more about that another time.)

Walking in love, God's kind of love, becomes a supernatural protective shield around us. No one will be able to "hurt our feelings".  No one will be able to "offend" us.  No one will be able to "provoke" us.  No one will be able to cause us to act "unbecomingly" or "rude" or "unkind".  When we choose to see other people as "valuable and precious", God will make sure that we "never fail"!  (Please read 1Corinthians 13:4-8 in the Amplified Bible).  If your Bible is the King James Version, the word "charity" is used, so when you read these scriptures, replace that with the word "love", because that is the literal translation.

I encourage you to ask the Holy Spirit to teach you more about this kind of love.
