A WORD IN DUE SEASON

Any kind of CLUTTER is a "Peace robber"!  Whether it is in our house . . . our garage . . . our office . . . our hearts . . . or our minds!  The Lord so desired for us to have "peace and joy" that He gave us these two precious and valuable gifts before He left this earth!  Just think about how you would feel if you could not find a "gift" that someone had given you, because it had gotten buried under a pile of CLUTTER!  You knew you had it, but you couldn't find it!  This would eventually cause you to become "frustrated" and frustration causes you to be "stressed", so then out the window goes your "peace and joy"!  There is no way that you can be peace-full and joy-full if you are "stress-full"!  If you will apply this "example" to the GIFTS that Jesus gave you, it will motivate you to get rid of the CLUTTER!  Don't let the devil use anything that would keep you from enjoying the gifts of Peace and Joy that belong to you!  Having said all that . . . let's get back to our "list" of choices ~~~

#3.  I choose to keep my mind stayed upon The Lord!  Remember, that God said He would keep us in perfect PEACE if our minds are stayed upon Him!

The only way that you can do that is to get rid of the CLUTTER in your "mind"!  God has made a way for us to do this, and also a way to "keep" the CLUTTER out of your mind!  Oh!  Our Lord is so wonderful!  He not only tells us WHAT to do in order to find our gift of "peace", but He also tells us HOW to keep it in a place that we will always be able to find it!  I am hearing Him telling me right now to talk to you about what the different things are that can CLUTTER your mind, and He has "scriptures" that tell us what they are and how we can get rid of them!  They are all listed in His Word (the Bible), and if you will stay "teachable", you can find your "starting" place . . . become "Word minded"!  As I said, in one of my previous Encouragements, this is where I started!  More to come, so stay tuned in ~~~~~
