Morning!
I
want to continue talking about the fact that The Lord does not want His
children to ever be "discouraged". This is obvious all through
the Word of God! He said, over and over again, in the scriptures
~~~~"Be of good cheer"....."let not your heart be
troubled"....."be of good courage".....etc.
He
knows that "discouragement" robs us of our Peace and our Joy,
and these were the two "gifts" that He gave us before He left.
Both of them are "powerful" weapons against the devil! I will
talk more about that in another message. But, for now, I want to share
another scripture with you that will "encourage you" ~~~~
In
John 16: 33, Jesus said...."I have told you these things so that in Me
you may have perfect peace and confidence. In the world you will have
tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good
cheer---take courage, be confident, certain, undaunted---for I have overcome
the world. I have deprived it of power to harm you, I have
conquered it for you"! (Amplified Bible).
Halleluiah! What an awesome "word of encouragement" that
The Lord has given us! He has made it possible for us to live without
"discouragement"! However, we have to believe and
receive this "word" from Him, and we do that by putting FAITH
in what He said.

5: 4.....and this is the victory that overcomes the world...our
"faith"! He makes everything so "simple"!
