Morning!
Jesus is the one that gave us the
"simple is good" message.....He told us that we are to "come as
a little child", and to have "child-like faith". Think
about it.....when a child is standing on the porch, and their daddy says
"go ahead and jump off, I will catch you".....they just
"simply" trust their daddy to do what he said he would
do! They don't take time to let "doubt, fear and unbelief" stop them
from doing what their daddy told them to do!
Oh, if we could just get a
"revelation" of this....God is our Father (daddy), and if we would
keep our faith "child-like", instead of wondering if God
will really do what He said He would do, we would end up in His
"arms"... instead of still standing on the porch,
"waiting"!
Proverbs 3:5 tells us to "trust God
with all of your heart, and lean not unto your own understanding"... one
of the ways to keep your life "simple" is just to trust God,
and don't try to "figure out how He is going to do what He said He
would do"!
