Good Morning!

       What a friend we have in Jesus!,
       All our sins and griefs to bear!
       What a privilege to carry
       "everything" to Him, in prayer!

To most people, this is a very familiar verse of song, but how often we forget or overlook the truth and the promise that this verse holds forth to us!

Someone said, " I have many acquaintances, but very few "friends".  The Bible tells us "that a "friend" loves at all times, even in adversity". (Proverbs 17:17).

Sometimes, we feel that our friends have let us down.  The Lord spoke to me, not too long ago, and said, "No one can let you down unless you are leaning on them!"

We should not be leaning on anyone except The Lord Jesus!  He invites us to "lean" on Him, and He will NEVER let us down!  Please read Hebrews 13: 5 Amplified Bible.

I encourage you, today, to lean on Jesus and take all of your cares to Him, in prayer!!
