Okay, guys and gals! The
reason that you have not been getting any Encouragements from me this past
week, is because The Lord instructed me to take some time off to
sharpen my "weapons of warfare"! Some of you may need to do
the same thing from time to time . . . especially those of you that have
chosen to "answer the call of God on your life"! I have said
this before, but I am going to say it again . . . Satan does not bother
"dead horses"! That is why the Apostle James said that we
are to "count it all joy" when the trials and tribulations come.
Well, recently I have been very honest with The Lord, and have told Him . .
. "Lord, I am having a hard time "counting it all joy", but I
have set my face like a flint to TRUST you no matter what it looks
like, or what it feels like, or even though I do not understand what is
going on"! Jesus never said that I had to "understand",
He just said . . . "only believe"! In the past four weeks, I
have been "personally" attacked in more ways than I could possibly
tell you . . . However, even though these "attacks" are
affecting me personally, it is not because Luanne is a threat to the devil's
kingdom of darkness ~~~ it is because this "ministry" is! It
is changing people's lives, restoring relationships, getting people
healed and delivered, and pointing people to Jesus! That is the only
reason the enemy is attacking people who are doing what God called them to
do!
I am not the only one that is
being "attacked" . . . I know for a fact that many other
people that have made a decision to "lay down their lives for
others" are also under the vicious attacks right now!
I have said all that to say this ~~~~ If you are being "attacked"
by the enemy, it is not because the devil hates YOU . . . it is because he
hates the JESUS in you! So, remember this . . . keep sharpening your
"weapons"! Please read 2 Corinthians 10:4 and Ephesians 6:12
- 18 . . . I really encourage you to read these scriptures, because you will
find out through reading them what God has equipped you with to stand
against the attacks of the enemy! Our most powerful
"weapon" against him is the "sword of The Spirit, which is
the WORD OF GOD"! I will continue this "Word in due
Season" in my next Encouragement. There is so much more to say about
this "battle" ~~~~~~~
