Morning!
Okay!
I told you Monday that I was going to be talking about God's kind of
love, but as you know, I had some "hiccups" happen this week and
so I didn't get back to that subject. I know, from some of the emails
that I have gotten in the past, that some of you get a little "irritated"
with me when I don't seem to "follow through" on a certain subject.
I understand....but if you will just "hang with me", I will
eventually get around to it! That reminds me of when we used
to send somebody a "coin" that had the words "tuit"
on it. Then we would say..."Okay, now that you have
gotten that "round tuit", then you can do
what you said you would do whenever you got around to it! Oh
brother! I don't know what this is all about!
Maybe some of you need to send me a "round tuit"! You
may be thinking....maybe we need to send you a
"straight-jacket"!
Well, when I started
this encouragement out, I had planned to ask all of you if you had read your
"Proverb" for today. I guess this is the reason why The Holy
Spirit has allowed the "humor"......Proverbs 17:22 tells us that a
merry heart is like a medicine, and a cheerful mind brings healing! I
pray that I have been able to bring "God's medicine" to someone
today!
Perhaps I will receive
a "round tuit" before Monday, and will start my series on the
"Love of God"! Isn't God so wonderful to allow us to live
such a "joyful" life? That is because...."In His presence
is fullness of JOY"! (Psalms 16:11).
I encourage you to
"enjoy" your life....laugh a lot....send someone a "round
tuit" ( I think you can find those in novelty gift stores). Make
someone else "laugh" today!
