Morning!
The
Bible (which, of course, is what we know to be The Word of God) tells
us, from Genesis to Revelations, that God desires for us to always
"succeed". He did not create us to "fail". So
The Holy Spirit (which is our helper, our teacher and the one that
"reveals" the Word of God to us) gives us
simple.....step-by-step instructions for every area of our lives.
I am not going to "expound" on all of those
"steps", but I do want to talk about some of them~~~~~~~~~~~

Make a decision to "walk in LOVE", no matter what
anyone else says or does!
1Corinthians 13:8 says that LOVE NEVER FAILS! This is the
"first step" and the
"bottom line" to success........remember this:
retaliation, being offended, or
wanting to have the "last word", is not walking in
Love!

Always be "merciful" and "truthful" in every situation!
Proverbs 3:3-4 says that
if we will show mercy, and if we will tell the truth...then we will have
"favor"
and
"good success" with God and men. Remember this: God
cannot and will
not "bless" a lie. (with God there is no such thing as "a
little white lie"). Also,
He says that He will show "mercy" to those that show
"mercy"!
Tomorrow,
I will talk about some more "steps" that The Lord gives us in His
Word to help us be successful! Come on now, don't
get mad at me....I am just telling you what The Word says! Yes,
there is a "negative" side to each one of these steps, but the
"positive" side comes first.....God always uses the negative
to get us to focus on the positive. If we do things His
way, we won't experience the negative results!
I
am reminded of a song that was popular many years ago......it went something
like this~~~~"you gottta accent-uate the positive, e-liminate
the negative.......". Do any of you remember that song? Oh
well....just thought I would throw that in "free of charge"!
