Good Morning!

God has a beautiful "plan" for each and every one of us. Jeremiah 29:11 tells us that His plan is for our "good"!  Well . . . LACK is not "good"!  So, then it is not God's will for us to suffer "lack"!  Never has been . . . never will be!  Jesus told us that it is the devil that came to rob, kill and destroy, but that He (Jesus) came to give us "abundance"!  If we belong to Jesus, then "abundance" belongs to us! That is part of the covenant!

There are many different reasons why Christians have "lack" in their lives . . . I talked about one of them yesterday.  Now, I want to talk about some more of them, and I am sure that you will be able to relate to one or two of those reasons.  I, personally can relate to all of them that I am going to talk about.  This is why I can talk to you about them . . . .because I have already "been there, done that"!

Some Christians have "lack" in their lives because they have a "lack-mentality"!  I was one of those!  I grew up in an environment where there was never enough, or maybe just enough.  I just thought that was the way "life" was for everyone.  So, it became a "way of life" for me.  In other words, I became "lack-minded" instead of being "covenant-minded", and that obviously stayed with me even after I turned my life over to The Lord and began serving Him.  I did not have a "revelation" of the "covenant" that I had with The Lord.  You know what?  It takes the supernatural power of the WORD OF GOD to "de-program" that kind of "brainwashing"!

When The Lord began to "reveal" His covenant to me,  I made a decision that I would no longer be "lack-minded" . . . I set my face like a flint to be "covenant-minded" no matter what!!  Think about it!  If you are "lack-minded", then you are going to talk "lack-talk" and so "lack" just keeps hanging around.  However . . . when you are "covenant-minded", you will begin to talk "covenant-talk"!  And when you talk "covenant-talk" . . . lack has to move out of your "pasture", and then there is room for the covenant promises of God to move in!!!  Oh!! Somebody ought to be shouting right about now!!!!!

Next week, I will continue to talk about other reasons why Christians experience lack in their life . . . stay tuned in ~~~~~~

Have a Blessed Weekend!    (get rid of that "lack mentality"!)    In His Love, Luanne
