Good
Morning!
Psalms
23:1 continues ~~~~~~~
If you have some way to
refer back to yesterday's encouragement, it will help you understand and put
into perspective, what I am about to share.
In keeping with Proverbs
16:1 . . . Proverbs 16:3 . . . Proverbs 16:9 . . . Proverbs 14:12 and Psalms
18:30 ~~~~ This is how I "return" God's Word back to Him in prayer
and thanksgiving:
I just say (every morning):
Father, I may have some plans for today, but I am willing to change those
plans if they do not fit in with the "plan" that YOU have for me.
So, I am just going to "commit" my plans and
affairs to you so that you can cause even my "thoughts" to be in
agreement with Your "will" for me today! That way, I can
be assured that you are directing my steps. I don't have to have MY way,
today! I want Your "way", because Your "way" is
perfect! Thank you, Father, that you care about each and every step that
I take today! I will take time to "listen" for your DIRECTION!
I encourage all of you to
read Proverbs every day (there is one for each day of the month), so make it
one of your "daily" devotionals. For example . . . today is
the 8th day of the month, so read the 8th chapter of Proverbs (The Lord makes
everything so simple for us)! My point concerning this, is that you will
find Godly "wisdom" in the book of Proverbs, and it talks about the
"paths" that God has for you and shows you how to get His DIRECTION
for your daily lives!
I am ready now to move on
to the last part of Psalms 23:1 (I have been wanting to go there for a
long time)!
