Good Morning!
This encouragement will be
the last one that you will receive from me this year. I won't be sending
another one until "next year"!
Yes, we are about to close the door on the past year, and open up the door to
a new year! I believe that this next year will be a time of "new
beginnings" for us. We may want to remember the good things that
happened this past year, but we also should look forward to even "better
things" that God has for us in the new year. This should be a time
of "expectancy" for us! The Lord always wants to do "new
things" for us....Isaiah 43:18-19. Yes, we can remember
the "good" things, but we need to forget the "bad"
things. Even the Apostle Paul said (and I paraphrase)..."I
will forget those things that are behind me, and I will "reach
forth" to those things which are ahead"!
I want to share another
one of my songs with you that I believe will encourage you to look
forward to "new beginnings'! Actually, this is a song that The
Lord, Himself, sang to me...so it is a "covenant" word from God! This
is a "toe-tapping" song, the music is like a
"polka" (which is like a "fast" waltz)....so you might
want to dance before The Lord while you are singing it!

I wish you could hear the
"music" behind this song, but even though you can't....I pray that
you will let the "words" encourage you and give you hope for what
lies ahead of you....God wants to do a "new thing" in your life!
