Morning!
On
my front door, I have a plaque that reads, "As for me and my house, we
will serve The Lord". For me, this is not a
"decoration"......it is a "declaration" of the covenant
that God has made with those that believe in Him.
In
Acts 16:31, we find this "covenant promise" from The
Lord>>>>>"Believe in, and on the Lord Jesus
Christ------that is, give yourself up to Him, take yourself out of your own
keeping and entrust yourself to His keeping, and you will be saved; this
applies both to you and your "household" as well." (Amplified
Bible)
If
you have "unsaved" family members, or a loved one that is not
"serving" The Lord.....then I encourage you to STAND on this
covenant promise, and speak it out loud everyday! AS FOR ME AND MY
HOUSE, WE WILL SERVE THE LORD!!!
God
will watch over His "Word" to perform it (Jeremiah 1:12 Amp.)
Again, I encourage you to read Acts 16:31......I love the way that The Lord
has made everything so "simple" for us! All we have to do, is
just "believe"!!
