Morning!
Welcome
to those of you that have recently requested the "Encouragements"!
May they bless you, encourage you and strengthen you in your daily walk with
Jesus.
Back
to what we have been talking about~~~Jesus really does want us to
"cast all of our cares and burdens on Him" so that His grace
can do for us what we cannot do for ourselves! I want you to think about
what I just said.....He will do for us what we cannot do for ourselves!
For example....if your gas gauge shows "empty" and you are
able to put gas in your car, then you cannot just "cast your
care" and expect God to fill your car up with gas! If you have
the money to pay your bills, but choose to do something else with that
money, then you cannot just "cast your care" and expect God to pay
your bills! I am not trying to "bust your bubble" or
"rain on your parade", but we can't just take
"scriptures" and expect them to work for us without considering the conditions
that apply to those scriptures.
Don't get mad at me....I am just trying to help
you by sharing what I have learned through "trial and error" in my
own personal walk with The Lord! One thing I have learned is......I need
God's "grace" in my life, and so do you!
Oh! That reminds me.....I have been
planning on talking to you about His "grace". Well, He went a
different direction today....so maybe that is for tomorrow! Stay tuned
