Morning!
In
Friday's "encouragement" I said that I had something very
exciting to share with you, so I am going to do that. As you know,
we have been walking through the verses in 1Corinthians 13: 4 - 8 and in one
of my encouragements I suggested that you put your name wherever you saw the
word "love" (the King James version uses the word
"charity"). Anyway, this is what I want to share with
you~~~~~
I
received an email from one of our readers who teaches third grade
students in a Christian school. She printed out copies of these verses
and typed in a "blank" everywhere the word "love" was....gave each
one of her students a copy....and told them to put their "name" in
the blanks!
I
don't know about you, but this really blessed me! It looks to me like The
Lord is saying...."If I can't get my message of "love" across
to the adults, then I will take it to the children!". She
also read them the encouragement where I used the term "Stop in
the name of love"....she told them "stop and think
about what you just said or did...if it wasn't in love, then you need to
change your behavior".
We
could glean a lot from this "third-grade teacher" who is
being led by the Spirit of God! Can I get an "Amen"?
